Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your BANGAM account and related data from this page without reinstalling the application. After verification, account-specific financial, document/OCR, and profile data enters the deletion/anonymisation process. For Social Finance records shared with other users, records required to preserve the counterparty's transaction integrity may be retained after being separated from personal identity.

This form does not immediately freeze or delete the account. Account ownership is verified to prevent fraudulent or third-party requests. If you still have access to your account, signing in to the BANGAM web application with the same email address can speed up verification. Deleting BANGAM does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; manage it separately in Google Play.

For security, the response will not confirm the existence of an account to third parties. Repeated automated requests may be rate-limited.
